Starch hydrolyzable oligosaccharide is an oligosaccharide formed by enzymatic decomposition of starch molecules. Due to its relatively small molecular weight, it is easier to be digested and absorbed by the human body. It has good bioavailability and can effectively improve intestinal health. , commonly used in sweeteners, functional foods, health products and pharmaceutical fields.
- Acid hydrolysis method. Acid hydrolysis method is also called acid saccharification method. It uses acid (inorganic acid or organic acid) as a catalyst to hydrolyze starch into glucose under high temperature and high pressure.
- Enzymatic hydrolysis. Enzymatic hydrolysis is a process that uses highly specific amylase and glucoamylase to hydrolyze starch into glucose.
- Acid-enzyme combination method. The acid-enzyme combined hydrolysis method is a combined production process that combines the advantages of the acid method and the enzymatic hydrolysis method for sugar production.
